Here area a couple new hangers and wrist straps I picked up:

lower left - khaki tan Russian with wrist strap

Sorry for the poor quality, but taken with my phone.

I can see it now! Nice frogs.

The frog on left upper is uncommon, it's certainly a local made!

I have two of the hangers like the one on the upper right with the snap fasteners.  Mine appear to be a lighter tan with natural finish.  I bought one several years ago from a military surplus dealer from Illinois who had 10-12 on his table, said he received them with a group of E.German bayonets, scabbards, hangers, straps, etc..  He said he thought the ones with snaps came in a package marked, "'Made in Hungary".  Several years later I received an identical second one from a friend in Europe on a typical Hungarian 6X3 Bayonet (export / contract). This piece also came with a light green colored fabric wrist strap that looked E.G.. This piece was in new condition and he was told it was from Hungary and it was from a special order that it was either from an over run or a cancelled order.

Very interesting, so is it EG or Hungarian. Seems that it most likely is Hungarian.. Thanks for the info!
